Requirements

• Ensuring continuous production in your shift: organizing human, machine, and material resources
• Coordinating and supervising the entire shift
• Managing production-related documentation
• Maintaining contact with colleagues
• Investigating and solving production-related problems
• Maintaining compliance with work assignments and occupational health and safety rules
• Preparing reports on production and quality results, and escalation of non-conformities
• Maintaining plant order (5S)
• Training and developing new employees
