Requirements

• Full coordination, monitoring, and motivation of your shift
• Performance of racking logistics-related documentation processes
• Contact with departments
• Investigation and coordination of problems arising during racking logistics and production
• Work execution according to work instructions and compliance with and enforcement of work safety regulations
• Preparation of reports on the logistial and quality results achieved in the shift, escalation in case of non-conformity
• Maintenance of plant equipment (5S)
• Selection, training, and continuous development of new employees (qualification and substitution matrix)
