Job Description
CATL is seeking a Training Specialist to design and implement learning strategies and development programs, oversee onboarding training, and manage the L&D budget, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years (or more) of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs
- Familiarity with various multimedia training tools, platforms, and methods
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and other HR management softwares
- Strong organizational and time management skills
