Training Specialist

Mitratech is seeking a Training Specialist to facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams, and to design and maintain training materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, instructional design, or customer enablement roles, and will be able to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in training, instructional design, or customer enablement roles
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in legal tech, compliance, or enterprise software
• Experience training legal professionals or working in legal operations is strongly preferred
• General understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities across technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training analytics tools
• Comfort working with web-based applications, databases, and workflow tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
