Sr. Customer Success Manager

Cato Networks is a cloud networking and security company looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to top customers, inspiring and supporting customer adoption and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or sales role at a high growth SaaS software or technology vendor
• Experience and Exposure working with networking or security software solutions
• Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively listen and truly understand customer needs
• Ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Must be very well organized and able to work effectively in a nimble and fast-paced environment
• Effective problem solver, shows ownership and wants to see issues resolved
