We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead our ambitious growth strategy and build a second growth engine that can scale independently and sustainably. The role involves owning the growth business, building the acquisition engine, shipping activation that converts, creating retention loops, driving monetization experiments, running high-velocity experimentation, owning measurement and insight, and partnering on unit economics.
Requirements
- Proven PLG growth operator with ownership of activation/retention/conversion outcomes
- Strong experimentation DNA (hypotheses → tests → decisions) and a bias to shipping
- Lifecycle + retention strength: demonstrated ability to move cohort curves through product and lifecycle work
- Monetization experience: packaging/pricing/paywalls/credits (or equivalent) with disciplined learning
- Highly analytical: fluent in funnels/cohorts and comfortable owning instrumentation + KPIs
- Builder / founder mentality: thrives in 0→1 ambiguity, high autonomy, and end-to-end accountability
- AI-native operator: comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate growth execution and partnering with engineers to ship new hooks fast
