
Job description
The Database Administrator will perform advanced database administration and management functions in support of highly complex applications characterized by sophisticated data models, multi-stage workflows, and extensive reporting requirements. This position will provide expert leadership in the design, development, maintenance, optimization, and migration of integrated database systems, ensuring that applications conform to enterprise structural and security standards.
Enter codes and scripts to create and maintain production databases and associated objects. Select and configure utility programs and jobs to monitor database performance. Analyze, design, modify, and maintain logical and physical database structures in support of application and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, or a closely related information systems field. Strong knowledge of database management systems, data warehouse management, and decision support tools is required.
