The Cook position requires a strong culinary passion, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. The role involves following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with tasks, and adhering to safety and sanitation procedures. This is an on-site position at the Culinary team.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Previous prep or line cook experience
• Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to read and write English
• Problem solving abilities
• Self-motivation

• Ability to work calmly under pressure
