Requirements
- Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
- Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
- Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
- Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
