Job Description
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Senior Gift Planning Strategist to provide expert gift planning counsel in support of a comprehensive Planned Giving program. This role advances long-term financial support for CBN and its ministries through a donor-centric approach, introducing thoughtful charitable gift strategies that secure both current and deferred gifts while aligning with donors’ overall philanthropic goals.
Requirements
- Law degree or comprehensive advisor certification in philanthropy
- Six or more years of experience in the gift planning field
- Extensive working knowledge of charitable gift planning tools, techniques, strategies, and related tax laws
- Proficiency in the use of software applications and CRM database management systems
- High degree of personal and professional integrity
- Commitment to fostering a respectful, Christ-centered work environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships
- Strong analytical abilities
- Capacity to persuasively articulate gift planning strategies and the mission of CBN
- Excellent research, planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices
