Client Solutions Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. As a trusted partner to our customers, your mission will be to help them achieve their business goals by making the most of our solutions. You will do this through proactive client engagement, training and onboarding, territory growth, field expertise, data-driven coaching, and collaboration.

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 1 - 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (50 - 75% overnight)
