Solution Advisor

Cority is seeking a Solution Advisor to drive customer success and provide deep product expertise, training, and consultative support to customers across its customer base and Success Team. The role involves providing product and application expertise through the Orange Buck program, delivering structured guidance and best-practice recommendations, and participating in customer health checks. The ideal candidate has a strong dedication to customer success, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience delivering customer training and workshops.

Requirements

• Action assigned Orange Bucks activities
• Participate and present Learn & Connect webinars
• Develop and deliver training sessions for customers
• Create and deliver internal training for the Customer Success Team
• Attend health checks when additional/detailed product knowledge is needed
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the application
• Train internal teams on new features and functionality released as part of product updates
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams
