The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning Innovation is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling enterprise-wide leadership development and learning capabilities.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide leadership development programs and learning strategies.
- Strong expertise in learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and emerging AI-enabled learning tools.
- Experience overseeing instructional design and curriculum development at scale.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing external vendors and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Prior people leadership experience required.
