Job Description
As an Associate in our Corporate Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in executing M&A and Corporate Finance transactions, working closely with senior professionals and clients, and gaining hands-on experience in deal origination and client management, financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Proven transaction track-record/history
- Qualifying academic degree with excellent academic background
- Business-fluent in both, German & English
- Excellent command of common business software as well as industry-specific tools
