Job Description
We are looking for an associate with 3-6 years of M&A experience at a reputable investment bank, boutique, leading infrastructure developer or dedicated financial modeling and valuation practice. The Corporate Finance M&A role offers a mix of hands-on transaction experience across industries and deal size ranges, with the majority having a cross-border aspect.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of M&A experience at a reputable investment bank, boutique, leading infrastructure developer or dedicated financial modeling and valuation practice
- High energy level, strong commercial drive, attention to detail, ability to work time-efficiently within a team setting and are able to represent the team well, both internally and externally
- Thorough interest in M&A and strong know-how of M&A and advisory processes
- Proficient in valuation and financial modeling, with a strong ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, compelling manner
- Strong communication skills
- Ambition to mentor and train more junior team members
- Series 7 or 79, and 63 registrations
