Recruitment Consultant - 100% Commission Based Position

CCG Talent Management is a company that believes success starts with the individual. We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - 100% Commission Based Position.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time hours or 40 hours per week
• Ability to close placements in 30 days or less
• Experience filling a variety of jobs for different industries and executive senior leadership positions
• Proven work experience as a recruiter with ability to manage the first hiring stages (Job Posting, Screening and Interviewing)
• Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, web interviews and screening process
• Knowledge of resume data bases and Applicant Tracking System
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
