Job Description
The Surgical Services Manager (PACU) is responsible for managing the daily unit operations of designated units within the division of Surgical Services. This includes creating and evaluating policies and procedures, ensuring care delivery meets clinical practice guidelines, and supporting ongoing education and professional growth of staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of RN clinical experience, with at least 2 years in Perioperative Services
- 2+ years of leadership role in healthcare field
- BSN or health-related bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a BSN or health-related bachelor's degree program
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
- Basic Life Support within 1 month of hire
- Certification in specialization (CNOR, CPAN, etc.) (preferred)
Benefits
- Salary: $136,000 - $205,000
