Job Description
The Surgical Services Manager is responsible for managing the daily unit operations of designated units within the division of Surgical Services. This includes clinical practice, personnel management, leadership, quality assurance/improvement, financial management, labor management, and additional duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of RN clinical experience, with at least 2 years in Perioperative Services
- 2+ years of leadership role in healthcare field
- BSN or health-related bachelors degree or currently enrolled in a BSN or health-related bachelors degree program with a completed date defined
