Job Description
The Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for investigating, adjusting, and supervising assigned claims. The position may be used as an advanced training position for consideration for promotion to a management position. The supervisor is accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and within our Corporate Claim Standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Strong understanding of NY Workers' Compensation regulations, claim practices, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
- Working knowledge of entry- and mid-level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
