Job Description
We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor to investigate, adjust, and supervise assigned claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Corporate Claim Standards, client-specific handling instructions, and applicable laws. The role involves leading and overseeing adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in NY or ability to obtain required licensing for NY within 60 days of hire, if applicable.
