Job Description
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact in the lives of students! The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099).
Requirements
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
