CCS Fundraising is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to one to two Selling Executives, serving as a strategic partner to enable effective leadership, client engagement, and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience providing executive support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and firm-wide specific programs and software
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
