We are seeking a Manager, Patient and Clinician Engagement to oversee and enable a team of professionals responsible for leading, advising, coordinating, documenting, and reporting on the organization's partner engagement. The Manager will ensure partners are informed and involved in the organization's work, with their input and perspectives included in evidence products, services, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Completion of postsecondary education in a relevant field, such as Health or Social Service Administration, Health Policy, or Public Administration
- Previous direct professional engagement experience in patient and/or clinician organizations
- Strategic mindset with strong people leadership and mentorship skills and experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience with partner engagement principles and good practices
- Exceptional partner relationship management experience with the ability to foster trust and open communications
- Ability to lead and influence with and without authority
- Engaging presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communications
- Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and projects and prioritize the work of the team and the needs of employees, partners, and the organization effectively
