Manager, Patient Engagement and Equity

The Manager, Patient Engagement and Equity will assist in implementing Moderna's strategies to support trial diversity, health equity, and patient engagement across clinical development. The role will contribute to projects focused on improving the representation of diverse populations in clinical trials and promoting equitable access to research participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical research, public health, patient engagement, or related field
• Some exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in clinical trial settings is desirable
• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and patient recruitment
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
