Operations Readiness Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Readiness Specialist to support assurance frameworks, audit documentation, and site best practice across our operations. The successful candidate will drive quality uplift and reduce variability across our sites and functions. The role is a crucial part of our Operations Engineering team and will involve defining and maintaining readiness criteria, assurance frameworks, and tracking mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining frameworks, analysing key operational data, and effectively translating complex requirements into understandable processes and terms.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
• Previous experience within designing, implementing, and monitoring performance and assurance metrics
• Comfortability in collaborating and coaching internal stakeholders to maintain adherence to compliance requirements
• Data-driven, solutions-focused, with a high level of attention to detail both written and verbal
• Developed data analytics skillset, with proficiency in dashboard reporting and modelling tools (such as Power BI)
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, audit readiness, and risk management principles
