Develop and maintain readiness criteria, assurance frameworks, and tracking mechanisms, and drive quality uplift and reduce variability across our sites and functions.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain readiness criteria, assurance frameworks, and tracking mechanisms
• Govern and embed consistent operational readiness and assurance standards across the CDC portfolio
• Utilise risk analysis and operational insight to support with quality uplift, seeking to minimise site variability
• Manage the Ready for Operations (RFO) lifecycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure clear ownership
• Utilise data analytics and dashboard reporting measures, communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support with audit preparations, document management, and tracking mechanisms - embedding readiness into day-to-day delivery
