Estimator job description: project cost analysis, coordination with field operations, customer development, and relationship building.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with commercial construction experience in estimating
• Metal framing and drywall construction experience is strongly preferred
• Solid experience with OST and QuickBid is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
