Job Description
We are seeking an Estimator to join our team at E&K of Phoenix, Inc. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for project cost analysis, coordination with field operations, customer development, and relationship building. You will work with our small yet strong team atmosphere and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with commercial construction experience in estimating
- Metal framing and drywall construction experience is strongly preferred
- Solid experience with OST and QuickBid is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
