Project Estimator

Brady West Socal is looking for an estimator to join our team. Responsibilities include recommending short-term objectives, bidding and selling services, managing projects, and ensuring proper information is provided to other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to work with and visualize complete drawing sets
• Understanding of specification requirements, current code, and industry standards
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs
• Knowledge of Quick Bid and Brady's Quick Bid database of material and labor codes and assemblies
• Understanding of Viewpoint management programs and reports
• Knowledge of Brady scopes of work, including Lath, Plaster, EIFS, Fireproofing, Cold-Formed Framing, Gypsum Board and Gypsum Board Finishes, Doors Frames and Hardware, Acoustic Ceilings, and Specialties
