E&K is seeking a Field Leadership - Foreman / Superintendent 1 to manage and supervise a commercial team, calculate unit costs, and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate has experience in construction management, OSHA training, and knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick Bid.

Requirements

• Completed 30-hour OSHA training
• Completed Field Management Training
• Ability to effectively manage crews of more than 30 employees
• Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, materials, equipment, and personnel
• Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
• Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick Bid
• Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and/or stilts
• Ability to read detailed plans and specifications (drawings) and comply with construction codes
