Field Leadership - Foreman/Superintendent

E&K is seeking a Field Leadership - Foreman/Superintendent to direct and supervise a trade crew, communicate staffing requirements, and manage job costs. The ideal candidate will have 30hr OSHA Training, Field Management Training, and experience managing crews of 30+ employees.

Requirements

• Completed 30hr OSHA Training
• Completed Field Management Training
• Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees
• Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, material, equipment, and personnel
• Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and decimals
• Advanced Knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick bid
• Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and/or stilts
• Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications and comply with building codes
