Job Description
This Contract & Legal Operations Manager role supports Sales, Finance, Legal, and Account Executives by managing contractual risk, preparing and reviewing contracts, and providing legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage contracts, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. The position involves drafting RFPs, managing CLM system, and supporting sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer and commercial contracts
- Strong paralegal skills, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating NDAs and MSAs
- Familiarity with SaaS contracting models
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign CLM, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate effectively across all levels
