Mechanic B L1-2

The Facilities Mechanic will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities using basic hand and power tools.
• Perform basic electrical, lighting, wiring, plumbing, pipefitting, and carpentry tasks.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams, including blueprints, maps, and schematics.
• Work collaboratively and constructively within a team environment while supporting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
• Execute all work safely and efficiently in alignment with the organizations commitment to operational excellence.
