The Senior Voice Communications Engineer is responsible for leading the architecture, modernization, and operational excellence of enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in voice engineering, design, implementation, and operations
- Proven track record of success in leading technical teams and driving complex technical projects
- Strong understanding of Cisco CUCM, Unity/Unity Connection, SIP trunking, PSTN, turrets, and dial plans
- Experience with cloud collaboration tools and services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
