Senior Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Adelaide team. The role will oversee the delivery of Cedar Woods’ South Australian development portfolio and drive successful outcomes across built form and land development projects.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, project management, engineering, town planning or a related discipline
• Significant experience delivering residential development projects, with exposure to built form and/or complex developments
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stages concurrently from planning through to completion
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing feasibilities, budgets and financial performance
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors and authority approvals processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• Well-developed relationship-building skills and a collaborative leadership style
• A disciplined, outcomes-focused approach with strong attention to detail
