Senior Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the State Lead, this role will oversee the delivery of Cedar Woods’ Queensland built‐form portfolio and play a key role in managing joint venture and third‐party development relationships.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, project management, engineering, town planning or a related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering residential development projects, with strong exposure to built‐form
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stages concurrently, from design through to completion
• Proven capability across planning, marketing, financial management and project delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Well‐developed relationship‐building skills and experience working with joint venture partners, consultants and external stakeholders
• A strong commercial mindset and disciplined approach to risk and value creation
