Development Manager

Lendlease is seeking a Development Manager to join the Athletes Village Development Team at Brisbane Showgrounds. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing consultants and contractors, and collaborating with marketing teams to align product design with market positioning and customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in development - ideally with high-rise or mixed-use projects, including residential experience
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
