Job Description
Lendlease is seeking a Development Project Manager to join their Athletes Village Development Team, responsible for driving safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of physical works across the project.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience delivering civil infrastructure, subdivision works, and/or building construction projects
- Proven capability managing budgets, programs, risks, and consultant/contractor performance
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or similar (desirable)
- Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, tender management, and commercial administration
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, council requirements, and approval processes
