Job Description
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Home Block Restaurant at CedarCreek Estate Winery in Kelowna, BC. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a station within the kitchen and contributing to an exceptional culinary experience for all guests. We offer a competitive pay starting at $22.00/hour, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education, as well as a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Requirements
- 5-6 years' experience in a similar standard of kitchen
- Solid cooking techniques, ingredient and seasonality knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive work ethic and professional attitude
- Current 'Food Safe' certification (or equivalent)
