Job Description
Join our team as a Culinary Intern at Home Block Restaurant at Cedar Creek Estate Winery. We're a fast-paced company with a passion for sustainability and organic farming. As a Culinary Intern, you'll contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for guests, help run and organize a station within the Home Block Kitchen, and learn from our experienced team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a recognized culinary program
- Foundational cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge
- Current âFood Safeâ certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive work ethic and professional attitude
- Quick learner, able to comprehend, incorporate & impart knowledge effectively
- Open availability until October or have Culinary School Internship/Co-op dates lined up
