The Global Enterprise Learning & Commercial Enablement Leader defines and drives the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy across OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Lines, ensuring strong governance, strategic alignment, and measurable impact of learning investments.
Requirements
- Define and lead the global learning, development, and SIP governance strategy aligned with OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Line priorities.
- Own global SIP governance standards, including implementation frameworks, assessments, audit readiness, and data integrity.
- Continuously uplift and modernize learning programs, ensuring the use of effective, scalable, and contemporary learning methods (e.g., blended, digital, experiential, and performance-based learning).
- Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and capability programs to increase relevance, engagement, and business impact.
- Ensure consistent application of learning standards and metadata governance across systems.
- Lead capability-building initiatives across OTC, Commercial, and ComOps (e.g., LNA, onboarding, leadership and talent programs).
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team.
- Define and track learning effectiveness metrics to measure adoption, capability uplift, and business impact.
