Requirements
- Design and implement a global learning framework
- Lead the design and execution of PeopleCert's global learning and talent development strategy
- Oversee and continuously evolve performance management processes
- Create development pathways that foster career progression and leadership readiness
- Build and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belonging
- Use employee engagement data, pulse surveys, and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Conduct annual training needs analysis
- Develop and deliver modern, blended learning programs
- Integrate AI-driven learning technologies
- Curate and develop impactful training materials
- Partner with external learning providers and thought leaders
