On-Site IT Support Specialist

Celerion is seeking a technically versatile and people-oriented On-Site IT Specialist to join their global IT team in Zurich. The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site IT point of contact and escalation lead for the Zurich site, delivering comprehensive desktop and systems support across various technologies and regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3–5 years of proven technical support experience spanning desktops, servers, and networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Defender, Oracle clients, and Citrix environments
