The Materials Program Management acts as the critical link between internal operations and the customer, synchronizing production and shipment schedules with broader business objectives and managing the supply chain relationship to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Partner with the Business Office, Production, Procurement, and Planning to build and validate production plans
• Engage in Master Planning reviews and execute procurement strategies
• Collaborate with the planning team to evaluate customer change requests
• Secure alternate sourcing options
• Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for the customer
• Collect and share customer feedback
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
