Job Description
The Buying Team Leader role is responsible for driving performance improvement at critical suppliers, ensuring accurate demand signals, and improving supplier capabilities. The incumbent will work with suppliers to resolve complex systemic problems and implement strategic projects to drive improvements in OTTR, Past Due, Volatility, and Linearity.
