Job Description
The Lead Engineer, Hardware Design works with cross functional teams to ensure robust and high quality product development. Develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications and provides support throughout the manufacturing process. Performs tasks such as design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, review and interpretation of customer documentation, and creation of technical proposals.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in similar job roles
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced in PCB design tools Cadence Allegro 16.x &17.x
- Experience on Valor Trilogy 5000/NPI is preferred
- Familiar with high-speed layout design requirements
- Strong knowledge of PCB & PCBA manufacturing process
- Familiar with industry and quality standards, knowledge of IPC standards is preferred
- Strong knowledge of IT platforms and database design
- Able to summarize the layout experience from the customer’s requirements
