Job Description
The Manager, Hardware Design (Power) Engineering is responsible for leading and managing the development of new power systems/circuits for various applications. This role involves research, design, implementation, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet customer and Celestica needs, with a focus on performance and reliability. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of power solutions for complex projects
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners
- Design and implement power systems meeting customer and Celestica needs
- Analyze data and provide reports
- Familiarity with power efficiency optimization
- Experience with high-efficiency DC-DC power conversion design
- Knowledge of power supply layout and thermal design
