Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to define and drive our company’s global pricing landscape. This role will drive the adoption of pricing strategies aligned with the CST brand and mission by bridging the gap between sophisticated data modeling and practical, on-the-ground commercial application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Experience specifically in Strategic Pricing or Revenue Management (beyond price administration to strategy formulation)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, specifically within Sales and Product Management organizations.
- Experience partnering with IT or Systems teams to define business requirements for pricing tools
- Strong communication skills; capable of simplifying complex pricing concepts for executives and Sales teams alike.
- Expert-level modeling skills (Excel) and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
