Job Description
We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology, seeking an Enterprise Architect Director to lead our team and grow our vision of Enterprise AI. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, people management experience, and executive presence. As an executive sponsor, you'll present to customer C-level executives and help your team translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans.
Requirements
- 20+ years of relevant experience in managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams
- Proven ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience navigating complex negotiations
- Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
- Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation capabilities, and data-related languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
