Job Description
Celonis, a leading Process Intelligence technology company, is seeking an Enterprise Architect Director to lead and grow their team of Enterprise Architects. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, people management experience, and executive presence. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience, a proven track record of managing Enterprise Architects, and a deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
Requirements
- Experience in managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams at a top consulting firm or software vendor
- Strategic vision and ability to think strategically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
- Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation capabilities, and data-related languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
